Tea Options
The London honors its English Roots by serving the world-renowned Rare Tea Company tea and herbal infusions. Tea options include “Beauty Closet” botanical offering an enchanting blend of rose, cocoa, and black tea. The herbal Cerulean Tea is made with the rare Butterfly Pea Flower. Squeeze a lemon slice into the tea to watch it change colors. The Glacial Herbal is a chamomile tea that is best enjoyed while moving at a strictly glacial pace.

Cocktails
The "Cerulean Martini" is a spirt forward bright blue cocktail served in a large martini glass. The staff also pour flutes of Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial Champagne for an additional cost.

Savory Dishes
The menu features a savory collection that is "curated for those who actually eat." A plate of four finger sandwiches arrive to the table. Start with the Sample Size thinly sliced smoked salmon on a lavash-style micro-rye crisp. A more savory bite is The 17th Floor Steak Slider made with Wagyu beef and served with a single crispy steak fry.
The “Editor-in-Chief” Egg Slider is truffled egg on crustless brioche, while The Clacker Cucumber is refreshing, minimalist and sliced to the exact width of a size zero stiletto.

Couture Sweets
The themed tea cookies are decorated so beautifully, you want to take them home as a keepsake. The “Groundbreaking” Floral Tart is made with Lemon curd topped with a delicate flower. The “Red Sole” Petit Four is a classic vanilla sponge with a lacquered red base. The "Beauty Closet" Macaron is large, hand painted with a two-tone shell, hiding a luscious dark ganache in the middle. There is also a minimalist "Unseen" panna cotta with vanilla and Champagne gelee.
