Los Angeles Coffee Festival To Make Its Debut In Downtown LA
Ever catch yourself saying "But first, coffee?" Check out this caffeine-fueled festival with food, drink, art and music dedicated to java.
LOS ANGELES, CA – The first ever Los Angeles Coffee Festival will take place Nov. 9-11, at Downtown L.A.'s Magic Box at The Reef. The weekend-long event will feature lots of coffee, of course, in addition to local food, cocktails, live music and art.
This caffeine-fueled event will feature local and international roasters and coffee clubs in "The Roasters Village," including: Mooon x Coffee Hall, Bean Brothers, L.A. Coffee Club, Madlab, Bluestone Lane Mondo, Pecora 19º09, DogTown Coffee, Take Flight Coffee and more. There will also be a Coffee Mixologists competition, where mixologists will join a series of takeovers during the evening, whipping up incredible coffee cocktails for guests.
In addition, there will also be The Lab, featuring a line-up of interactive demonstrations, educational workshops, talks and tastings, the Coffee Music Project and the Coffee Art Project, as well as:

- The Kitchenesia, a new casual dining showcase. At The Kitchenesia, star chefs from L.A. will present their most innovative ideas through demos, workshops and talks.
- Latte Art Live will include an interactive zone dedicated to the craft, where attendees can take part in hands-on workshops and demonstrations where the pros will teach them techniques to latte art.
- The Coffee Cocktail Bar which will serve cocktails with coffee liqueur and Grey Goose vodka.
- The Cinema, celebrating L.A.’s rich cinematic history, will feature leading coffee-inspired films, new films from independent producers, and the short list of films selected for the first ever Coffee Art Project.
- The Innovation Zone, where attendees can discover some of the most cutting-edge brands and small businesses, from technology to apparel to micro-roasters.
But the best part of all, is that 10% of profits will be donated to Project Waterfall, partnering with NYC-based charity: water, where they work to deliver life-changing water projects in coffee-growing regions. Since 2011, the organization has raised over $1.5 million, bringing clean water to more than 37,000 people across seven countries.
