LOS ANGELES — Jeff Franklin’s mansion is available to rent for $247,500 per month, according to Realtor.com. The property has nine bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, a swim-up bar, sweeping ocean and mountain views — and a very dark past, the website reported.

Long before the “Full House” creator’s expansive home was constructed in 2006, actress Sharon Tate and four others were killed on the property by Charles Manson’s followers, according to the website.

Tate, who was pregnant, had been staying at the property's previous house on Aug. 9, 1969, when she, Jay Sebring, Abigail Folger, Wojciech Frykowski and Steven Parent were killed there, Realtor.com reported.
