Metro Train And Car Collide In Los Angeles
A Metro train and a vehicle collided Saturday in the Central-Alameda area of Los Angeles, but no one was injured.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A Metro train and a vehicle collided Saturday in the Central-Alameda area of Los Angeles.
The collision was reported at 3:26 p.m. Saturday at 1629 E. 24th St. at Long Beach Avenue, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Jamie Stewart.
No one inside the vehicle was trapped following the crash and there were no injuries reported on the train, Stewart said. Paramedics were assessing the people in the vehicle for possible injuries.

The vehicle was removed from the tracks, Stewart added.
