Mom, Kids Hide In Bathroom As Burglars Break Into Their LA Home
A mother and her children were forced to hide in a bathroom when burglars broke into their home Monday night.
LOS ANGELES, CA — A mother and her children were forced to hide in a bathroom when burglars broke into their Beverlywood home Monday night.
The suspects entered a home on the 1500 block of Rexford Drive, south of Pico Boulevard and east of Beverly Drive, at around 11:30 p.m. Monday, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The suspects entered the home through a back door. The residents hid in a bathroom and called police, KTLA reported.

One person was seen being taken into custody. A second suspect fled before authorities arrived and remained at large, according to the station.
A perimeter was established and the suspect was located during a search, the LAPD reported.
