VALENCIA, CA — The incentives just keep coming. Gov. Gavin Newsom announced Wednesday the next 50,000 Californians who get vaccinated will get a free ticket to any Six Flags theme park.

"50,000 people, 65 locations, get vaccinated and get in free. Come down to Six Flags and all their spectacular locations across the state," Newsom said, speaking from Six Flags Magic Mountain on Wednesday morning.

Californians vying for a free ticket will need to get a vaccine from clinics operated by "community organizations," which are located near Six Flags parks. Participating clinics are in Alameda, Contra Costa, Los Angeles, Riverside, Ventura, Kern, Orange, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Joaquin Valley, Solano, Tulare, Yolo and Yuba counties. A full list of the clinic locations can be found here.

The 50,000 tickets, which are a $4.5 million value, cannot be resold, Newsom said.

"We’re fully reopening California’s economy, but we’re not letting up on our efforts to get more Californians vaccinated – especially in our hardest hit communities – so we can all safely get back to the activities and places we love, including our state’s iconic landmarks," Newsom said in a statement.

Newsom also made sure to hop on a roller coaster himself on Wednesday.

It's been a busy week for the governor. Between his Tuesday night appearance on the Late Night Show with James Corden and a game show-esque lottery conference earlier that day at Universal Studios — the governor appears to be in full campaign mode ahead of a gubernatorial recall election.

"Nothing better than feeling like you're Oprah," Newsom told Corden, commenting on his vaccine lottery.

The governor was beaming on California's "grand" reopening day Tuesday when he announced the 10 winners of the state's $15 million vaccine lottery with Optimus Prime, Trolls and Minions in tow.

The state has not been able to make contact with some of the winners, Newsom said. A backup drawing was made, but the state has not announced where the new winners are located.

Vaccinated winners, who were not named, will be notified throughout the week to claim $1.5 million checks in a drawing that included more than 21 million residents who have received at least one vaccine shot.

The state also partnered with Taco Bell, Chipotle, the Los Angeles Clippers, the Golden State Warriors and the Team LA Store at STAPLES Center to shell out more vaccine incentives during California's reopening week.

Amid an uncharacteristically theatrical news conference at Universal Studios on Tuesday, the governor also warned that the pandemic was diminished but not defeated as the Delta variant looms over the state.

"We are mindful and sober, that we need to continue to encourage people to get vaccinated," he said. An "nd we have people traveling from all around not only the country, but around the world coming to venues like this, we need to keep our guard up. We can't let our guard down."

The state has officially reopened after Californians endured 15 months of some of the tightest coronavirus restrictions in the country. Capacity limits have been lifted on businesses and mask mandates have, for the most part, been lifted.

The state also threw out its stringent reopening blueprint.

"Finally we are here, June 15, to turn the page to move beyond capacity limits to move beyond the color-coding, move beyond social distancing and physical distancing," Newsom said on Tuesday. "And yes, as you saw me walk up the stage, move beyond face coverings and move beyond wearing these masks."
