OnlyFans Model Accused Of Stealing From Dating App Matches Arrested Again

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — A model and social media influencer awaiting trial on charges that she stole cash, gold and luxury goods from people she met through dating apps was arrested again this week in Beverly Hills.

Adva Lavie, 29, was arrested Tuesday by Beverly Hills police and booked into jail at about 11:20 p.m., according to Los Angeles County jail records. She was being held without bail Thursday.

The arrest was connected to a theft in Riverside County, NBC Los Angeles reported. Additional details about the incident were not immediately available.

Lavie, who goes by Mia Ventura, was ordered in March to stand trial on two counts each of grand theft and unauthorized use of personal identifying information, along with one count each of first-degree residential burglary and first-degree residential burglary with a person present, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

Prosecutors claim Lavie used dating apps to cultivate relationships with wealthy older men and younger women in Westlake Village, West Hollywood, Los Angeles and Beverly Hills between 2023 and 2025.

Authorities claim she posed as a girlfriend or travel companion to gain access to victims’ homes before stealing cash, gold and high-end designer items, prosecutors said.

Lavie had previously been released with an ankle monitor and ordered to stay away from victims.

If convicted on the six felony counts, she could face up to 11 years and eight months in state prison, prosecutors previously said.

Lavie has appeared in Playboy and Penthouse magazines. She claims to be the first-ever top Israeli model on OnlyFans, an online platform that lets influencers charge of photos and videos of themselves, KTLA reported.

Lavie was engaged to billionaire and former gubernatorial candidate Stephen Cloobeck, who was arrested in West Hollywood in May for allegedly trying to dissuade multiple people from testifying in a criminal case against his fiancée.

The victims named in the criminal complaint against Cloobeck are all alleged victims in his fiancée's case.

Cloobeck, a former CEO of time share company Diamond Resorts International and a major Democratic donor, briefly ran for governor last year before ending his campaign in November and backing then-Rep. Eric Swalwell, the Los Angeles Times reported.
