February’s open mic featured accomplished performers of all ages. Young and seasoned singers came to perform a variety of genres from contemporary to rock and classical.

Participants comment on the Church auditorium’s acoustics that make it such a pleasure to take part in the monthly show. The impressive size of the stage gives the artists a chance to perform as they would in concert while offering a safe setting for them to express themselves.

Regulars come back each month, expressing how much they appreciate the environment, the friendliness and the support. The mother of one of the young singers said that the open mic has given her daughter a new direction for her music. The alcohol-free venue makes it possible for youths of all ages to use the night to gain experience and express themselves in a professional milieu.
