'You Think Yo Can Get Rid Of Me?' Pratt Threatens To Release Dirt On Foes In Apparent Concession Speech

LOS ANGELES, CA — Mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt on Friday appeared to concede in a social media video in which he promised "war" with his political opponents and threatened to release damaging information about them.

"The campaign portion of my mission to save Los Angeles is coming to a close and I'm moving on to the next, more interesting phase," Pratt says in the opening of the three-minute video, which he posted to Instagram.

Nearly a week after the primary election, the Associated Press made the call that Pratt had been overtaken by city Councilwoman Nithya Raman. Raman, along with incumbent Mayor Karen Bass, are set to face off in the November runoff. Raman declared victory on Monday.

In his video, Pratt described Bass and Raman as "two morons" responsible for the city's problems. Without Pratt in the race, he said voters will have to "choose between dumb and dumber."

Pratt also said he had damaging information about one of the women, but did not say who.

"We have some recordings of one of your exalted candidates doing and saying something that would make her resign in shame," he said. "So, Karen, Nithya, ask yourself is it possible that one of your employees may have a recording of you doing or saying something that would force you to resign in disgrace? Hope you sleep well at night over the next five months."

Pratt, a former reality star, got into the mayoral race after losing his home in the Palisades Fire. His campaign, which focused on corruption and homelessness, earned the backing of President Donald Trump.
