Two Taste of the Nation LA Upcoming Events

This year's 30th charitable food festival is on May 4, 2019 with favorite chef chairs Bruce Kalman, Dakota Weiss, and Nick Shipp.

Taste of the Nation LA charitable food festival is on May 4, 2019 at Media Park in Culver City. This year the favorite chef chairs are Bruce Kalman, Dakota Weiss, and Nick Shipp. Special guest chefs include Top Chef’s Katsuji Tanabe.

No Kid Hungry's culinary events highlight the nation's finest talent in the food and drink industry, all united under one cause: ending childhood hunger. Each year these events raise money to support No Kid Hungry's work, and ensure that all children in America get the healthy food they need, every day.

This year the public is invited to a special preview night on Monday, March 25 at SLS Hotel Beverly Hills. Tickets are available to enjoy a selection of dishes prepared by 2019 participating chefs:
Shirley Chung (Ms Chi)
Bruce Kalman (Square Peg Pizza)
Jason Neroni (The Rose Cafe)
Nick Shipp (Upper West)
Mitzi Reyes (The Bazaar by José Andrés at SLS Hotel Beverly Hills)
Dakota Weiss (Sweetfin Poké).

Seating is limited. Preview tickets are $250 and include a VIP ticket to the food festival on May 4 with unlimited bites and sips from LA’s best restaurants and drink purveyors. such as Gwen, Maude, Elephante, Rose Cafe, Ms. Chi, Jitlada, The Bazaar by Jose Andres, and more.

By attending this event, proceeds will go to ensure that no kid goes hungry, whether in California or across the nation.
