Kroenke was No. 4 on last year's landowner list.
Locally, Kroenke's land holdings include comparatively more modest parcels: His company acquired nearly 100 acres in Woodland Hills in 2023, which includes the Topanga Village shopping center.
His company is planning to redevelop the area with a new headquarters and practice facility for the Rams, along with new residential, retail, hotel, office and park space.
Kroenke also owns the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Rapids, Colorado Mammoth, Arsenal Football Club and Arsenal Women's Football Club. He is married to Walmart heiress Ann Walton Kroenke.
