Secret Room Events Celebrates the Emmys in Style
Skincare, Style and Shitbag Chardonnay take over the rooftop at the Petersen Automotive Museum
Secret Room Events kicked off Emmy celebrations Friday, September 11, with a rooftop gift lounge at the Petersen Automotive Museum. Fashion, beauty and plenty of clever finds kept guests busy, while co-sponsor SKÖN treated them to its award-winning clean skincare, made with vegan formulas and science-backed ingredients.
Guests discovered the brand’s Hyaluronic Acid Facial Cleanser, Matrixyl 3000 Age Reversal Serum, Collagen Marine Moisturizing Cream, Miracle Face Oil, 24K Golden Eye Patches and Bakuchiol Revitalizing Eye Cream.
Fashion was also in full swing. BAYE London, a female-founded brand whose name stands for "Be All You Envision," brought its colorful swim and resort wear. Posh Pixie Handmade kept things playful with humorous T-shirts that put a lighter spin on personality quirks, including one that read, "Anxiety, because why have one emotion when you can have them all at once?" B’Luxe Clothing Boutique turned up the glamour with bold, embellished fashions, while H.O.T.S. (Heart of the Streets) showcased custom apparel.

One of the most unforgettable names at the lounge belonged to Broken Trust Cellars. The Washington winemaker showcased its Shitbag Chardonnay, a crisp wine with citrus and green apple flavors. The company turns some of life’s more complicated situations into wines you can laugh about later, with other names including Paternity Test Pinot, Full Custody Cabernet and Movin’ On Merlot.
Souk & Wanderlust brought globally inspired, sustainably- made artisan goods, including an intricate multidimensional embroidered jewelry box handcrafted in India. Hale Sky introduced its luxury convertible handbags, designed to transform from a tote to a briefcase or backpack, and Lunette brought intimate-care products from Finland.

Also at the lounge were organic breads, cookies and crackers from The Leavened Box, small-batch “no goop” hair-styling clay from Pom Drops and a pink Octopus Scalp Massager from Japanese Head Spa Co.
Guests could beat the Los Angeles heat with SHAKEitCOOL cooling towels, which activate with water and a few shakes, while Punaballoo delivered a much-needed dose of silliness with colorful packs of waterproof stickers featuring original, hand-drawn puns.
The fun continued with an oversized take-home bag packed with even more surprises. Best Glow by Dailah included its Vitamin C Serum, Glow Veil brightening and hydrating elixir, and a professional-grade facial massage tool.
Sports fans scored a pickleball paddle from Crush and a Boston Celtics NBA Team Edition Ollyball. The Toy of the Year-winning ball was created for indoor play, meaning kids can have fun without sacrificing the living-room lamps.
Guests also received Billy and the Anxiety Monster, Peter Bedard’s grown-up book for the inner child, as well as Dr. Lori Real’s “Age Your Way” products, including Nanoformulated Immune Charge+ dietary supplements and Copper GHK+ Facial Serum with cycloastragenol.
More favorites included statement-making streetwear from Ohhh So Swag, Epic Pet Health’s Clean Teeth spray for reducing pet dental tartar, Cascade Skincare’s Cellular Renewal Nutrients face and body mist, Deweffect Essential Eye Balm and an Eyetitude eye mask kit featuring Bamboo Charcoal, 24K Nano Gold, Vitamin C, Green Tea, and Red Wine & Roses masks.
Noir & Nova sunglasses, crystals from Kenna’s Crystals and The Granola Guru’s Mixed Berry Vanilla granola and Masala Chai Almond superfood bar rounded out a day filled with a little bit of everything.
