Spectrum Hiring Outside Sales Representatives in SoCal Job Fairs

As Spectrum continues to drive innovation and expand its services, the advanced TV, internet and voice provider powered by Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR), today announced its second annual National Hiring Event to fill 500 outside sales positions around the country. Spectrum is hiring more than 50 outside sales representatives for open positions in Chatsworth, Culver City, Irwindale, Wilmington and San Diego.

Three career fairs will take place on Wednesday, April 3, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the following locations:

• El Segundo: Embassy Suites, 1440 E. Imperial Ave, El Segundo, CA 90245
• Chatsworth: Spectrum, 9260 Topanga Canyon Blvd, Chatsworth, CA 91311
• San Diego: Spectrum, 8949 Ware Court, San Diego, CA 92121

“Spectrum is hosting hiring events in Southern California and more than 20 other markets, to help attract new outside sales talent,” said Scott Niles, Group Vice President, Residential Direct Sales for Spectrum. “This is part of a nationwide effort to grow Spectrum’s outside sales workforce to attract new customers in markets with growth potential. We are rolling out an even more lucrative commission plan, which will provide our Outside Sales Reps with the opportunity to earn more, faster.”

During the event, candidates will have the opportunity to meet with outside sales leaders to learn about the company culture, hours, pay and training. The company will conduct face-to-face interviews and extend offers to qualified candidates the day of the event.

Outside sales representatives are responsible for door-to-door sales of Spectrum TV®, Spectrum Internet®, Spectrum Voice® and Spectrum Mobile™ to new customers. Representatives must be willing to travel and interact with customers on a face-to-face basis.
