Toyota Arena introduces splashy new menu
Created by Executive Chef Tre Hardy, the menu pay homage to the Arena's roots
(ONTARIO, California, November 8, 2023) – A delicious new catering and suite menu is being introduced to guests at Greater Ontario’s Toyota Arena as the popular entertainment venue celebrates its 15th anniversary.
Created by Executive Chef Tre Hardy, the menu pay homage to the Arena’s roots, with groupings named for such distinctive California locales as East LA (street tacos, auteed peppers and onions, pinto beans, esquites salad), SAC Town (“SnAC Town”) (classic beef sliders, hot dog sliders, loaded potato wedges, deep fried pickles) and Wine Country (roasted beef tenderloin, grilled asparagus, bibb lettuce salad, prosciutto and fig flat bread with balsamic glaze). Hardy also tips his chef hat to his hometown of Chicago with a “Windy City” menu featuring Italian beef sliders, Chicago-style hot dog sliders, pizza puffs and Italian sausage flatbread.
“I’ve always felt that sense of place is important when designing a menu, and where we’re located, there are so many opportunities to take advantage of fresh ingredients that are available locally,” said Hardy, who joined the Toyota Arena in January.

The new menus arrive amid an extraordinary run of sold-out events at the Toyota Arena – more than two dozen since the start of 2023. Among notable events coming up are concerts by Miss Lauryn Hill and the Fugees (Nov. 16), Ivan Cornejo (Nov. 22) and Gabriel Iglesias (Nov. 25-26). The Arena also will host a nine-show run of Disney on Ice and Encanto (Dec. 21-24) as well as Ontario Reign and Ontario Clippers home games.
“Our goal is to provide our guests with a complete experience – great entertainment and great food – and we’re so happy to be able to introduce this bold new menu that we’re confident they will enjoy,” said Dina Hanna, Director of Food and Beverage at the Arena.
