LOS ANGELES, CA — Vice President Kamala Harris will spend the day in the Los Angeles area Monday to speak at a moderated discussion about reproductive rights and attend a Democratic National Committee fundraiser. Residents should expect motorcade delays and road closures across the city.

Harris will be at the Nate Holden Performing Arts Center in the Mid-City area to talk about the Biden-Harris Administration's commitment to protecting reproductive rights, according to her office. Harris will attend the DNC fundraiser later in the day in the Studio City area, Deadline reported.

"The Vice President has brought together leaders from across the nation who are on the frontlines fighting to protect reproductive health care and abortion access," Harris's Press Secretary Kirsten Allen said. "Since May, she has held more than 20 convenings and met with 180+ state legislators from 18 states to discuss protecting reproductive rights."
