West Hollywood Shooting Victim Identified
The LA County Sheriff's Department has identified a 28-year-old woman shot to death in West Hollywood last week.
WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA — County authorities have ID’ed a woman shot and killed in West Hollywood.
Kayla Hurst, 23, was identified by the LA County Coroner’s office as a victim who was fatally shot on Oct. 28. LA County Sheriff’s deputies responded at about 7:30 p.m. to calls of a woman with gunshot wounds at an apartment complex on the 7300 block of Santa Monica Boulevard, near Plummer Park, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau told City News Service.
Hurst was taken to a nearby hospital where she later died of her wounds.
