Woman Shot At Sunset Boulevard Gas Station; Shooter At Large

HOLLYWOOD, CA — Police are looking for a shooter who wounded a woman Wednesday afternoon near a Sunset Boulevard Chevron gas station.

Officers were called to the scene in the 81oo block of Sunset Boulevard just before 4:30 p.m., said Los Angeles Police Officer Jeff Lee.

"Officers discovered one victim suffering from a gunshot wound," he said. "She was transported in stable condition."

Detectives are on the scene working to determine a motive, said Lee.

The shooter is believed to be driving a gray Honda four-door vehicle, he added.
