Notably, a wrong-way driver was being reported on the westbound Santa Monica (10) Freeway during the morning rush hour.

Also Wednesday morning, a 12-year old girl last seen in Palmdale was reported missing, sheriff's detectives said. Zamora James Williams was last seen at approximately 3:20 p.m. Tuesday, and authorities are asking for help finding her.
