• Four illegal motorbikes impounded after juveniles crash outside a coastal OC police station (newsantaana.com) — Juveniles recently rode illegal motorbikes recklessly through Los Alamitos, Cypress, and Seal Beach, with two crashing right in front of Seal Beach Police headquarters. Officers impounded four bikes and warned families about steep fines, parental liability, and rising e‑bike and e‑moto injuries countywide, urging local parents to keep kids on legal, helmeted, street‑safe rides.
