At a loss to Seal Beach's Pier

So has the dummy in Seal Beach's city government that cancelled the pier lease with Ruby's still around ? He has lost the city millions in revenue and made the city the laughing stock of the area. I can't imagine him facing the local's after this total screw up and it is now in its 2nd. year and where is the big plan heading now ???????
