Are you interested in staying fit? Come and join us every Tuesday and Thursday Mornings from 9:30 - 10:30 A. M. Everyone is invited, Men, Women, Friends, Neighbors, Seniors and College Students. We work on the whole body fitness through deep breathing, including some Yoga for stretching, relaxing and balance. We incorporate low impact aerobics and toning through the use of weights, bands and the balance ball. We promise you a fun-filled hour!
