Blotter: Drunk Woman Jumps Out of Car, No Injury Reported
In other local crime reports, a caller was concerned because a street performer claimed he was going to pound a nail into his own head.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON
- 06/28/2013 — 9:53 p.m. — Ocean Avenue —A street performer who had been juggling a hammer said he was going to pound a nail into his head. The man was described as in his late 60s with gray hair and a beard. The caller believes the man had been drinking, and the dispatch log notes the man has been doing an act there for about six months.

- 06/29/2013 — 2:52 a.m. — Pacific Coast Highway — A caller said a woman she knew, who had been drinking, jumped out of the caller's car. The 18-year-old jumper was described as having light brown hair, wearing a pink sleeveless shirt and carrying a purse. No injuries were reported.

- 06/29/2013 — 8:52 a.m. —Westminster Avenue and Bolsa Chica Street — A caller reported a bicyclist down in a westbound lane of Westminster Boulevard.

- 06/29/2013 — 10:57 a.m. — Main Street — A transient inside a store followed a female customer out of the business and asked her where she was going. He was described as having a salt and pepper afro and was wearing dark clothing, a dark backpack and hat.
WELFARE CHECK
- 06/29/2013 — 2:50 p.m. — Annandale Drive — A caller said a woman in a local apartment has no fresh food or water and the apartment is “very messy.” The caller believes the woman is unable to care for herself and should be put on a involuntary psychiatric hold.
