Cheap Gas In Los Alamitos? Not This Week: AAA
Cheap gasoline in Orange County is getting harder to find, residents say. Do you let the gas tank run to empty? or do you keep it full?

LOS ALAMITOS, CA — It's a pain to pay at the pump in Orange County, as gasoline prices continue to hover upwards of $3.50 per gallon of self-serve regular gasoline. According to AAA and Oil Price Information Service, though the Orange County prices have dropped slightly, they have risen steadily for the past 27 days.
In Los Angeles County rose for the 28th consecutive day Monday, inching up one-tenth of a cent to $3.572.
The average price is 2.6 cents more than one week ago, 14.9 cents higher than one month ago and 55.7 cents greater than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It has risen 42.2 cents since the start of the year.

The Orange County average price dropped one-tenth of a cent to $3.529.
The Orange County average price is 2.4 cents more than one week ago, 14.4 cents higher than one month ago and 52.8 cents greater than one year ago. It has risen 41.3 cents since the start of the year.
