Early Morning Robbery at a Katella Ave. Restaurant
A robbery occurred after 3 a.m. at a Stanton area restaurant on Katella Ave. A window smashed, and at least one item stolen from inside.

LOS ALAMITOS, CA — An early morning Los Alamitos area robbery has authorities searching for clues Tuesday morning.
In Stanton, a restaurant was robbed at approximately 3:30 a.m. and there are no leads as to suspects according to the local authorities. The restaurant, on the 7000 block of Katella Ave. had a front glass door smashed, but no one was inside the building according to Orange County Sheriff's Department Lt. Kevin LaPyrne.
Inside, the only item confirmed stolen was a cash register, however LaPyrne stated that it was unknown if any money was inside.

No immediate suspect descriptions were given, however the building's exterior does have surveillance cameras and video will be reviewed according to LaPyrne. Anyone with information on the crime should call the Orange County Sheriff's Non Emergency Line.
