The Seal Beach Police Department has partnered with the Drug Enforcement Administration to collect residents’ old, expired and unwanted prescription drugs. Residents will be able to drop off the prescriptions right in front of the police department with a drive-through; residents will not need to leave their car and no questions will be asked.
Studies show that prescription drugs that are abused are often obtained from friends and family.
No syringes or illegal drugs will be accepted.
