Children will learn how to cook with a these hands-on classes where they make everything from scratch. They will learn about recipes, ingredients, food and kitchen safety, knife skills, healthy eating and teamwork while having fun. All whole foods, nothing canned, packaged or preserved.
This camp’s menu includes: Handmade spaghetti and meatballs, broccoli slaw, peanut butter smores cookies, spring rolls, potstickers, chocolate matzo munchie bark, ham and cheese quiche, roasted vegetables, double chocolate brownie cookies, chicken lettuce wraps, vegetable sushi rolls and watermelon salad.
