VEHICLE BURGLARY
- 06/28/2013 — 6:52 a.m. — Fir Avenue — Someone smashed the window of a black Range Rover and stole a number of items including a caller’s purse.

- 06/28/2013 — 12:20 p.m. — Ocean Avenue — A caller said someone had stolen her neighbor’s 42-inch Samsung flatscreen TV. The woman’s neighbor had been out of town, and sometime between June 17 and June 28, she said, someone had taken it. There was no sign of forced entry, and the woman found the door unlocked. The neighbor had access to the spare key hidden in the neighbor’s porch light.
PERSON DOWN
- 06/28/2013 — 1:04 p.m. — Bolsa and Island View — A man with red shirt and gray hair was lying on the sidewalk with a gash on his head and knee. The Orange County Fire Authority was called. The man may have been drunk, as well.

- 06/28/2013 — 6:14 p.m. — Plymouth and Seal Beach — A gray Ford Fusion and a gold Chevrolet Suburban were involved in a crash. One caller said it was because of the power outage.
ILLEGAL PEDDLER
- 6:57 p.m. — 10th Street — A man between 25- and 30-years old was going door to door selling magazines. When the caller said, ‘No,” he muttered to himself that he’d “rather be back in jail.” The man was described as 5-feet-8 with a medium build.
