Real Estate Scoreboard for Seal Beach, Rossmoor and Los Alamitos

Seal Beach has the lead heading into the 2012 Home-Buying Season, but Rossmoor and Los Alamitos are on a scoring streak.

Being such a good weekend to keep an eye on scoreboards, thought we’d let you know the local real estate score.  Current active-listing tallies show Seal Beach’s 45 well ahead of Rossmoor at 27 and Los Alamitos at 10. These figures include single-family homes as well as condos.

Seal Beach also has the lowest ($208,500) and highest ($7,925,000) priced listings.  Rossmoor homes are ranging from $520,000 to $1,699,000 while those in Los Al run from $259,900 to $1,197,000.

Checking the escrow standings, Seal Beach leads there as well with 25 homes having list prices ranging from $150,000 to $1,095,000.  Los Alamitos ($280,000 to $729,900) edges out Rossmoor ($659,000 to $999,999) 11 to 10.
