Anna Bennett joins KW with over 16 years of industry experience in a variety of capacities. Anna was most recently a Branch Manager with First Team for 6 years where she lead the industry in recruiting & selecting high quality agents, the negotiation of commissions, provided leadership to turn around under-performing offices, developed sales campaigns, consulting with & supporting agents through development of growth=oriented, easily executable individual business plans, lead generation, business development, strategic planning through growth initiatives. Anna’s previous professional experience includes leadership roles such as: Director of Sales, District Director, and Business Development and of course Realtor.

Some of Anna’s key achievements have been:

Playing a key role in the development of a proprietary internal customer relationship management system that combined functionality with ease of use.

Hiring $400M+ in sales volume over three years, earning top performer status and breaking $180M company record for most sales volume in one year.

Creating training and scripting programs to provide support for new recruiters and develop essential skills.
