Come learn paper crafting techniques used on various styles/sizes of gift bags at the Los Alamitos/Rossmoor Library. Create and take home your own gift
bag. The free class will be held on Saturday, September 7 from
1-2:30pm. The Library is located at 12700 Montecito Road in Seal Beach. Please
