Parks Make Life Better In Los Alamitos
The Los Alamitos Parks and Recreation Department invites all out this summer to your local parks!

LOS ALAMITOS, CA — Parks make life better. According to the Los Alamitos Parks and Recreation department, a recent survey found out that 98% of Californians has visited a park within the last year and 50% has participated in a recreation class or event.
"The Los Alamitos Recreation Department wants to increase the number of participants by offering great parks, programs, and events," they said. In July, that is easier than ever.
The entire month of July is dedicated to celebrating “quality of life” through parks and recreation. Parks Make Life Better month is a time to reflect in our busy life on what is important – family, health, safety, education, and community to name a few. The Los Alamitos Recreation and Community Services Department enriches the lives of individuals and families through programs and events.
