Pedestrian Struck And Killed On Katella Ave.
Police and firefighters responded to a collision Tuesday night, involving a vehicle and pedestrian on Katella Ave. #Breaking

STANTON, CA — A pedestrian was struck and killed on Katella Ave. Tuesday night according to the Orange County coroner's office. The incident occurred at the 8400 block of Katella Ave. in the city of Stanton, when the as-of-yet unidentified man was struck by a vehicle.
According to Orange County Sheriff's Department Lt. Nathan Wilson, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation following the collision.
The pedestrian suffered fatal injuries from the incident and was transported to the trauma center at UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange, where he was pronounced dead just over a half-hour later.
