RAMP Tennis Academy Announces Summer Camp Dates

RAMP Tennis Academy has announced its 2014 Summer Camp dates taking place at StubHub Center in Carson, the home of the USTA Training Center – West.            

The full day of tennis and fun begins at 8:45 and lasts until 3 p.m., with lunch included from noon to 1 p.m. 

The following are the weeks the camp will take place.

·       June 9-13

·       June 16-20

·       June 23-27

·       June 30-July 3

·       July 7-11

·       July 14-18

·       July 21-25

·       July 28-Aug. 1

·       Aug. 4-8

·       Aug. 11-15

·       Aug. 18-22

·       Aug. 25-29

·       Sept. 1-5

·       RAMP Tennis is one of seven tennis programs in the country to be awarded the USTA Diversity & Inclusion Excellence Grant.

·       RAMP Tennis coaches are currently training top-five USTA nationally ranked juniors Riley McQuaid and Taylor Johnson.

·       RAMP Tennis coaches and volunteers have donated their time in recent months putting on clinics at Leapwood Avenue Elementary in Carson and the Gardena-Carson Family YMCA.

·       RAMP Tennis consists of Rick Buchta, Andrew Laing, Marc Lucero, and Patrick Nagle, whose first letter in their first name make up RAMP.
