Seal Beach Cops Give Grace For Street Sweeper Parking Enforcement
The Seal Beach Police Department is suspending street sweeper parking enforcement for at least a week.
SEAL BEACH, CA ā In an effort to assist those in quarantine amid the coronavirus pandemic, the Seal Beach Police Department is suspending street sweeper parking enforcement for one week, they reported.
The suspension is effective today, March 17, through March 24.
According to Sgt. Nick Nicholas, the street sweeper will continue its regular route and try to clean as much as possible, but there will be no enforcement for those who are unable to move their vehicles.

Drivers should be aware that this only relates to street sweeping.
All other parking regulations will still be enforced including the meter lots, beach lots, posted time zones regulations, and painted curbs throughout Seal Beach.
