Single Car Crash SIG Alert Near Seal Beach
A SIG alert was issued for the 405 Freeway near Seal Beach, slowing rush hour traffic Thursday morning, due to a single-car collision.
SEAL BEACH, CA — A SIG Alert shut down the HOV lane of the northbound San Diego 405 Freeway at Seal Beach boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol. A solo vehicle crash is the cause, officials say. Traffic is slowing out of Fountain Valley as of 6:30 a.m.
The alert was issued at just after 6 a.m. and is expected to last about an hour, according to CHP.
