Summer Kick-Off Celebration at Pretend City!

Specifically for: Children of all ages; grown-ups

Join Pretend City for their 4th annual Summer Kick-Off Celebration! This event marks the start of Southern California’s favorite season, summer! You won’t want to miss this sizzling summer event which will include live musical performances by surprise guests. Other fun-filled activities for the day include:

• Limbo contests
• Beach ball Volleyball
• Sand Castle Building Contest

Pretend City will also have a special guest in the morning where children can learn all about a fun summer time career with a sweet side!

Grown-up tip:  When children learn about the different seasons they learn to fully appreciate the natural cycles of the year and why they occur. The activities that will happen at the museum throughout the day will help promote seasonal learning. A majority of the activities will also incorporate fun muscle movement and teambuilding amongst the children.
