Teens Can Be Big Buddies at the Library

the Los Alamitos/Rossmoor Library is looking for enthusiastic teens
who would like to read stories to children, one-on-one or in small
groups.  BIG BUDDIES & BOOKS is a new volunteer opportunity for
teens, 8th grade and up. Training dates for this fun and rewarding
program are: Tuesday, Sept. 17 at 6-7pm or Sat. Sept. 21, 9-10am.  The
fall session of BIG BUDDIES & BOOKS will be held  each Tuesday from
6pm-7:30pm beginning Sept. 24 and running till Oct. 29. If you are
interested  in this 5-6 week commitment, please register at the
Library’s information desk.  The Los Alamitos/Rossmoor Library is
located at 12700 Montecito Road in Seal Beach. For further
