Good Thursday morning surfers, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Los Alamitos-Seal Beach Patch surf report. Well, you're definitely going to have to get out of town if you're planning on riding something worth while. Yep, this stretch of sand is barely breaking, but further south in Huntington Beach there are some knee to stomach high waves to be had.
The conditions are super clean and glassy, with a very tiny mix of south swell and just a touch of remnant west northwest energy in the water. That recipe is making for some micro racy lines, with not much to work with.
Most Seal Beach spots are running about ankle to shin high, with the focal points pulling some knee high sets.

Taking a look at those tides: At 6:37 this morning the tide dropped to a 1.0 low which is going to have many spots desperate for water early to mid-morning. Your best bet once that tide fills in a bit, eventually climbing up to a 2.6 high at 12:40 this afternoon.
If you just feel like going for a paddle and enjoying the nice weather, then throw on that thicker full-suit and possibly the booties, with the water temperature averaging between 56 and 57 degrees. Good luck out there!
