Good Tuesday morning surfers I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your Los Alamitos-Seal Beach Patch surf report. Well, it's time for a wakeup call!! Yep, there's not a lot of energy out there in general, but especially along this stretch of sand.
Those conditions are fairly clean although we're seeing a little bit of texture on it. As far as the waves go...there's a minimal mix of northwest energy and some remnant southerly swell in the water.
That recipe is offering some weak little lines, with just a few workable ones on a log or if you're a mini-grom! Most spots in Seal Beach are running about ankle high, with the standout combo breaks pulling shin high waves, with maybe a plus set if you're lucky!

Taking a look at those tides...at 11:54 later this morning the tide drains out to a 0.1 low which will have many spots desperate for water mid-day. The tide then pushes back up to a 3.9 high at 6:45 this evening.
If you're itching for a salt water bath, throw on at least a 3/2 fullsuit or even a 4/3 and maybe the booties, with the water temp taking a bit of a dip and averaging between 56 and 58 degrees. Good luck out there!!
