The competition was fierce because breakfast is the ultimate comfort meal, and if you can find a cook whose pancakes can rival mom's, then you have found a keeper. But Nick’s isn’t about pancakes, or crepes, or pastires, or gourmet coffee. There are no frills at Nick’s. They offer counter service, and the line is long and often chaotic. But it’s all worth it. If you are one of those people who is daunted by a long line, get over it because the breakfast burrito at Nick’s is everything a breakfast burrito was ever meant to be. There are enough combinations to match any pallet and a breakfast burrito from Nick’s is big enough to feed a small army. Tip: call in your order and skip the line.
