Age Friendly Los Altos

Have your opinion heard and take the county's age-friendly survey.

The County of Santa Clara is currently conducting a survey to discover the senior needs and issues that should be addressed in each city. Our goal is to reach 100 completed surveys by LAH residents before the October deadline. We currently have 5 surveys completed so far, so we would definitely appreciate your participation in helping us towards the goal. Los Altos Hills is hosting a survey location with laptops for seniors to come in and send in their responses. Town staff will be available to help with filling out the survey. Drop-ins are welcome during the allotted time slot. Some light refreshments will also be provided.

If you are not available to attend during tomorrow's date and time, you may take the survey online at AgeFriendlySiliconValley.org

Date: 9/15
Day: Thursday
Time: 9:00 am - Noon
Location: Parks and Recreation Building at Town Hall
