Don't Forget: Los Altos Arts and Wine Festival Is This Weekend

News from the Los Altos Police Department:

The 36th Annual Los Altos Arts & Wine Festival will be taking place this Saturday and Sunday in Downtown Los Altos.

There will be road closures associated with the event beginning at 5:00 p.m. today, Friday, July 10 and lasting until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 12. Please plan travel routes accordingly and be sure to heed ‘No Parking’ signs downtown.

The following roads and parking lots will be closed:

* State Street (from Main Street to First Street)
* Main Street (from W. Edith Avenue to First Street)
* Central Parking Plazas 4, 5, 6 (located between State Street and Main Street)
* North Parking Plaza 10 (located between W. Edith Avenue and Fourth Street)
* South Parking Plaza 3 (located along San Antonio Road) will be partially closed

South Parking Plazas 1 and 2 (located between Main Street and Whitney Street) and North Parking Plazas 7, 8 and 9 (located between State Street and W. Edith Avenue) will remain open and accessible.

Free Shuttle Service

In addition to downtown Plaza parking, additional event parking will be available at Los Altos High School. Free Festival Shuttles will run every 10 minutes between Los Altos High School parking and the San Antonio/Edith Shuttle Stop.
