Frank Niccoli, founder of The Village Gardener landscape company will explain how to create beautiful, healthy lawns and save money and reduce water pollution with less water and toxic chemicals. He will also discuss the steps for replacing some or all of your turf with native plants so that you can take advantage of the turf replacement rebate from the Water District.
Frank has provided holistic landscape management since 1979, promoting sustainable practices, the use of natural and probiotic products, and integrated pest management. He has also taught numerous classes such as Sustainable Landscaping at Foothill College.
