Each and every one of us has a shadow. Our shadows are simply the collection of qualities and characteristics – the parts of us – that we’ve disowned in some form or another. Our shadow is made up of the thoughts, emotions, and impulses that we have found too painful, embarrassing, or distasteful to accept. So instead of dealing with them, we’ve repressed them—sealed them away in some hidden area of our psyche, so we won’t have to feel the burden and shame they carry with them.
In this experiential workshop we will explore some of the shadow beliefs you carry, and discover how they affect your life--from the perspective of the shadow we will identify a part of your life or a situation that’s been most affected by one of your shadows and the negative, limiting story about it.
In this two-part workshop you will begin to explore a core shadow belief, work with it, and make peace with it so that you can reveal its gift.
