Through a process of ritual and creation, participants in this workshop will have the opportunity to reclaim the energy of Snake for themselves. Snakes are the energy of our spine and our kundalini. Snake is an ancients symbol of female power and mythology as far back as the Paleolithic and into the Neolithic.
We will begin by looking past Western culture's negative views on Snake to Her origins and the energy She brings us of transformation and regeneration. Using guided visualization, we will open the doors of opportunity and connect to Snake. From this energy, we will create and/or decorate snakes and a snake shrine for our home altars. The workshop will end with a ritual to bless our Snakes.
