What a great way to spend the Easter holiday by honoring its traditional food from other countries.
We will be making:
- Ham & Egg Pirozhki (Stuffed Bread) from Russia
- Tuppakaka (Sweet Gooey Cake) from Sweden
- Pita Chips and Tzatziki (Cucumber Yogurt Dip)from Greece.
Children will learn a variety of cooking styles and techniques during this class -- sauté, simmer, slice, bake and blend. All participants will be able to eat the food they make at the end of class.
