Local Residents to Participate in National Night Out
Join your neighbors Tuesday night.
The Los Altos Police Department will be heading out to visit neighborhoods throughout Los Altos as part of the annual National Night Out Crime and Drug Prevention event.
It will be held Tuesday night, Aug. 5, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Residents are encouraged to lock their doors, turn on outside lights and head outdoors to spend an evening with their neighbors and the men and women of the Los Altos Police Department.

In the past, residents have held ice cream socials, potlucks, bbq’s, pie eating contests--hmm, all food related!
