Ernest Frost, 87 year old male, reportedly has onset of dementia, has been missing since approximately 11:00 a.m.
He was last seen leaving his residence in his 1999 Volkswagen Cabrio, blue in color, with a black convertible top, CA License plate 4GMK536.
He was last seen wearing a white polo shirt with blue jeans.
