Capitola Man Caught With Weed in Los Altos Hills

Possession
- Nicholas Smith, 19, of Capitola, 10:17 p.m. Jan. 22, at Oak Knoll Circle and Stonebrook Drive in Los Altos Hills, for felony giving, selling or transporting 28.5 grams of marijuana. Bail set at $10,000.
Vehicle Code Violations
- Ana Solorzano, 28, of San Jose, 10:55 a.m. Nov. 30, at Magdalena Road and Hillview Drive, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for not having headlamps required during darkness.
- Thomas Federighi, 43, of Bethel Island, 11:30 p.m. Jan. 28, at Foothill Expressway and Arastradero Road, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
