My name is Clint Blakely and I’m a product of Mountain View High School's performing arts departments, where I fell in love with music singing with the Madrigals. I hold a BA in Jazz Voice from USC's Thornton School of Music. I've played &amp; sung music around the world – Los Angeles bars &amp; clubs, Amsterdam concert halls, Rio de Janeiro churches... I love teaching lessons over Zoom! For the past 5 years, I’ve taught students all over the world whose ages range from 4 years old to 60+. My students have a wide variety of skill levels, from complete beginners to 10+ years of prior study. In my lessons, I combine technical instruction and creative exercises within a fun, encouraging atmosphere. A one-alarm fire at a home in Los Altos Sunday afternoon caused damage but no injuries, according to the Santa Clara County Fire Department. Fire crews responded to a report of a mattress on fire at 10340 W. Loyola Dr. at 1:39 p.m., said Battalion Chief Mike Krisman. The fire extended from a bedroom and into the hallway but Krisman said firefighters were able to get the blaze under control within 20 minutes. Two adults and two children were evacuated from the home and there were no injuries, Krisman said. The cause of the fire is still under investigation and Krisman said it looked unintentional.
